Do you ship to my country?
Yes, as long as you have a postal/zip code we can send anywhere.

Do I have to have a subscription to get a box?
No. You can opt to have a one time box.

Can I stop my subscription at any time?
Yes but if the payment is already scheduled to come out it’ll be the next book box that will be cancelled. So please make sure you give yourself enough time to cancel beforehand.

Can I buy past boxes?
Yes as long as the stock is available. We will keep you updated if there are any left to buy.

Do you offer payment instalments for the Special Book Boxes?
Yes we do. This option is only available by filling in the form via our Facebook Group Midnight Tales Book Box

How often are your quarterly boxes?
Every 3 months

How often are your special boxes?
We aim to do a minimum of 2 a year but you never know you might be lucky and get extra ones!

Are your book boxes delivered with tracking?
Yes. All boxes are sent tracked.

Why do you need my phone number if I am international and not in the UK?
All courier services require a contact number for the recipient in case of any issues or delays in your country.

When will my subscription be renewed?
All subscriptions will be renewed on the 1st of January, April, July, and October.

When will I receive my quarterly box?
All boxes are due to be delivered at the end of each quarterly month. These are March, June, and September. The October quarterly box will be received slightly earlier in December due to Christmas.

Do you do cancellations/refunds?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on canceled orders. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you have to do it BEFORE it renews. If your renewal is processed, you will receive a box. You can cancel your subscription anytime before the next renewal date.

What do I do if I get a duplicate of a collectible item in the box?
We have a swap shop on our Facebook group where you can swap with someone else.
